Shareholders look to block Dell, Perot deal - The Business Journal of the Greater Triad Area:: "The Booth Family Trust filed the lawsuit earlier this week, claiming among other things that Perot Systems’ directors unjustly obtained benefits for company officers and directors in the deal at shareholder expense. It also claims that directors failed to provide to Perot Systems’ shareholders with information that would have enabled them to make better decisions about selling their shares, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission."
